RELUMA Terms of Service

RELUMA is a self-reflection product built by a licensed psychotherapist. The product itself is not a health service, medical advice, coaching, or a substitute for professional support or emergency services. It reflects a pattern back to you and nothing more.

RELUMA is not a crisis line. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You agree not to:

• Use RELUMA to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
• Submit content about identifiable third parties as a public accusation or as a "red flag database" about a named individual.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the App.
• Use the App to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the App.

You keep ownership of the moments you write into RELUMA. You grant us a limited license to process that content strictly to operate the App for you — generating your reflections, patterns, and flags, and storing them on your account.

We do not sell your content. We do not use your reflections to train third-party AI models beyond generating your own results.

RELUMA Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The current price, renewal cadence, and any trial terms are shown on the paywall screen before you subscribe.

On the web, billing is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the displayed price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked on the Premium page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

On iOS, subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, manage in Google Play. Prices may vary by store and region.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Deleting your RELUMA account does not automatically cancel a subscription — you must cancel it through Stripe (web) or your app store (iOS/Android) separately.

You can permanently delete your account in-app from the Profile screen. This removes your reflections, patterns, saved cards, ratings, feedback, subscription record, and profile from our systems. Deletion cannot be undone.

RELUMA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reflection, pattern, or flag will be accurate or suitable for any purpose. RELUMA is a tool for personal reflection, not a professional service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELUMA and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, relationships, or wellbeing arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
